Shelley, the owner of the company, has personally helped dozens of assistants obtain their licensure in the state of Texas. Being an assistant before going to graduate school, Shelley has a unique perspective and a special interest in providing education to SLP-Assistants.

Shelley has worked with adults with IDD for over a decade. Over the last decade, she has figured out what works and what doesn't work for this population. Number one is providing the respect they deserve by helping them reach their goals rather than "changing" who they are.
